How to Order?

Look around, see anything you like? If the the answer is yes, get in touch with us and lets get the ball rolling!Is there a minimum number of invitations?

Yes but can still get a custom quote! , our prices for invitations and souvenirs differ from 50 pcs to 100 pcs, the more you order the less you pay, however, if you need a certain number, we’ll be happy to give you a quotation :) .

When & where can I get my invitations?

To be clear, this is how it usually happens.

1. Choose a design, decide on how many invites you need, get your quotation

2. After approval of quotation, sign the contract.

3. After signing the contract is 50% down payment

4. Submission of complete entourage list & details.

5. Layouts will be sent in 5-7 working days after confirmation of payment

6. After approval of layout , we will give a 1 mock up sample

7. After approval of mock up , its time for your to be made (our lead-time is 2-3 weeks)

8. Delivery & final payment.

Lastly, delays can pop up like availability of materials, delay in sending out event details, and work load.

To ensure that you get a better idea, dont hesitate to ask !

Where is your office located? How do I contact you?

Are you open on weekends? Up to what time?

Our showroom is open , Monday to friday – 9am – 6pm , Saturday from 8am to 12nn.

Do you do meet ups?

Nope, we understand that its difficult to travel around Metro Manila but we feel that the invitation process requires a hands on process which is we recommend
that you visit our home office so that you can see & feel our work, although you can still get in touch with us through email or any of our social media accounts.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! We’ll be happy to whip up a design for you for a minimum custom design fee of Php 1,500 .

I cant seem to find the color or design I want, are their any more?

Oh yes! , we have paper of all kinds, colors from everywhere, and a strong design team that will help you get your perfect invite!

How about shipping ?

Delivery charges depend on the weight of the items you order and your address.

We can Ship to Metro Manila, Philippine provinces and other countries worldwide. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. At present all our deliveries are handled by LBC and 2GO (for local orders) DHL and FedEx (for international orders) For United States and other international orders, shipping costs vary based on the merchandise amount.

Prices may also vary due to current exchange rates, and other taxes and fees. And may be subject to change for certain countries.

Items + shipping fees must be fully paid prior to shipping. We ship out on the immediately available shipping schedule from confirmation of payment.

If the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery, the courier may ask for an authorization letter and valid ID from the receiver of the products.

I already have a design, can you print it for me?

Yes! as long as its applicable to our current page sizes, digital printing and the like, show it to us and we’ll see what we can do.

Do you do embossing or embroidery?

Nope, our strengths lie in full digital printing :) + specialty paper, but we can always try and see if our other partners can help you out, so don’t hesitate to contact us.

I’m from abroad, can I still order?

Of course! , we’re proud to have a lot of our clients from all over the world, just email us and lets start there :)
